bye, bye physical keyboard, Hello virtual on my Torch 9860

Time for a change, dropped my 9810 from 2 meters (about 7 feet) off the ground and the screen smashed. So the only choice for me is BlackBerry for Push email and network access to my LAN built in with BES. There is no substitute, I love security and can be with out it. Too many trojans and malware present on other platforms. I have to think about my future and BlackBerry does it well if not the best of any mobile platform out there. Maybe tehre are some apps that are not on it, who cares when I have a PlayBook to do the rest of it. Soon Android apps will come to PlayBook and I will more apps than I will ever need. The native apps work so much better, time will tell next month when OS 2 is released.

This will be fun to get used to, I will miss being on the slider. I miss my Bold 9700 days too. Either way its going to be a fun filled day.

Excel 2003 crashes when copy/paste in Windows 7 32 bit Dell E6410

Copy a cell would crash Excel 2003 and some times when pasting it would crash too.

Found the problem with Excel 2003, it is related to bluetooth though, o_0

then I went in ==> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins
and there was an entry for BtOfficeAddin.BtOfficeintergration.1
And change the LoadBehavior key from 3 to 0 and all is working well now.

Why my train avatar was chosen

Funny you should ask.

When I joined up on a forum a few years ago and I wanted an avatar that was unique and reflected something that means a bit to me. I have a video game that I have enjoyed for over 10 years now and have enjoyed countless hours with friends and family with it. In one part of the gamethere is a train going by. So I choose that for an avatar and never decided on anything else since many notice it on other forums.

My dad has been into trains long before I was born and I used to get into trouble alot for touching them. I do own a G scale set (1/24 scale) now that my dad gave to me. My 5 year old son and I enjoy take out the set on rainy days and the layout is about 12 x 17 feet going around the edge or the area rug in my living room.

Been a while since my last post. Summer was fun. Fall was good. Now winter is here.
The snow thrower is running. Kids getting big. House has many repairs done due to hail storm. Bought a new truck since the frame on the old one has rotted out. Made the upgrade to windows 7 and still trying to get a few programs to work. Been splitting lots of wood and getting more logs. I have been pretty busy with all this stuff.
