Go to Start menu then go to Control panel.
On the control panel go into Programs, then go to Programs and
features.
On the upper left-hand side of the window for programs and
features is an option to view installed updates. Click on that option.
The window will then show you all the installed updates.
Look for the one specifically titled "Outlook 2010 (KB3114409) 32-Bit Edition" and
installed on 12/08/15.
Remove it and reboot PC
